5:30–7:00 PM – J Bros Food Truck & Neighborhood Hangout
We’ll kick off the evening at the Pool & Tennis Area with J Bros Food Truck!
Come early to grab dinner, relax, and catch up with neighbors before the festivities begin.
Meals will be available for purchase directly from the truck.

6:30 PM – Costume Showcase & Games
Join us by the pool for a quick Costume Showcase and a few lighthearted Halloween games with small prizes for the winners!
Think mummy wrap races, pumpkin tosses, or candy corn relays — all easy, festive fun for every age.

7:00 PM – Parade Start
We’ll begin the parade from the pool area, head down Southport Crossing, and finish at Fort Fisher.
From there, families can continue trick-or-treating or enjoy the rest of the evening around the neighborhood.
